1. Individual cremation and return of the ashes in your chosen receptacle
2. Collection of the beloved pet from and return of the ashes to the Vet Clinic or Animal Hospital during normal business hours within the existing SCPS schedule (40km radius from Sunshine West)
3. Certificate of Cremation

5. Please note that pricing is for companion pets less than 40kg
6. Pets over 40kg are charged at $2.00 per extra kg
7. Private home collections and returns incur delivery charges
